Social Media Posts
I designed multitudes of social media graphics to be shared on both FaceBook and Instagram to create a curated grid identity. I used AdobeExpress to schedule all of the posts and write the copy. I included a list of hashtags to increase exposure to those in my target audience. I wanted to make sure that the social media grid was well arranged and had an identifiable look with the brand. Jen also had ownership of the Instagram scheduling as she posted things on her own time.
The statistics were looking good with an overall 20% increased engagement in posts, reels, and highlights. I was also able to increase the follower count by 100.
Since my internship with Club B-FIT ended the social media was taken over by Jen, the owner and manager, who then changed the grid layout.
Email Campaign
I was tasked with creating my very first email campaign on MailChimp. Adobe Express was used for the graphics and typography. The copy was in collaboration with my manager to make sure the message was how she wanted it.
From this email campaign, I tracked the open rate, click-through rate, how long a person took to view it, the unsubscribe rate, and more. From her previous email campaigns, the one I took over had a 30% higher open rate and click-through rate. I also lowered the unsubscribe rate by 15%.
